Honest House Promise may collect the information you submit through forms or email, including name, email, organization, website, role, notes, and links you choose to provide.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Honest House Promise does not receive or store your full card number through the public payment links. Stripe may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and tax-related information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics

The site may use analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity to understand page usage, improve the site, and identify technical issues. Analytics tools may collect device, browser, session, and interaction information.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, manage participation interest, create public listings or profiles with permission, process payments, maintain records, and improve Honest House Promise resources.

Sharing

Honest House Promise does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers used for forms, email, payment processing, analytics, hosting, or operational administration. Public agency or partner recognition will be based on the information approved for that purpose.
